Terms of Service

1. The service

RVNA Humanizer ("we") is operated by RVNA.ai. It estimates whether text reads as AI-generated and rewrites text on request. Detection scores are statistical estimates, not proof of authorship, and we do not guarantee any result from any third-party detector.

2. Your responsibilities

You must own or have the right to use the text you submit. You are responsible for following the rules of your school, employer, or publisher about AI-assisted writing. Do not use the service to plagiarise, deceive, or break the law.

3. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Pro is a subscription billed weekly, monthly, or yearly through Stripe. Introductory prices apply to the first billing period only. Your subscription renews automatically at the regular price shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancel anytime from "Manage plan" on the site; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep Pro until then. We email a receipt for every charge.

4. Refunds

If something went wrong with a charge, email support@rvna.ai within 14 days and we will make it right. Statutory rights in your country are not affected.

5. Fair use

"Unlimited" means normal personal use. To protect the service we apply per-run and daily fair-use limits, and may suspend automated or abusive use.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
